Transformer Oil Regeneration
LTL provides eco-friendly mobile transformer oil regeneration services. Our advanced ECOIL mobile regeneration system is specially engineered for on-site use, fully restoring insulating oils in de-energized transformers.
The ECOIL system offers standard oil purification processes including degassing, core drying, and particulate removal. However, its primary function is to eliminate acidity, sludge, and other soluble oil degradation products and discoloration that significantly impact the lifespan of oil-filled transformers. This is achieved through advanced high-vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters, combined with a specialized Fuller’s Earth filtration method.
Re-sampling of equipment PCB content is scheduled 90 days after the initial program. The result is a cost-effective, environmentally safe solution to extending transformer life by regenerating existing oil to a condition which is as new or better.
